SPECIALIST EQUIPMENT
Portable Mass Spectrometer – This equipment is used to analyse the exact composition of gases resulting from industrial processes. It is portable meaning it can be transported and set–up for use at client premises.
REQUIREMENT
The client wanted to have a clear understanding of the off-gases resulting from their industrial processes to help with optimisation and emissions reduction.
PROJECT ACTIVITIES
Using our Portable Mass Spectrometer, we were able to analyse the off-gas from the clients processes and provide them with a full breakdown of the analysed data.
For this project we -
- Assessed the client requirements and provided a bespoke solution to connect the Mass Spectrometer to the equipment in a safe and effective manner.
- Delivered, set up and calibrated the Mass Spectrometer in line with relevant standards.
- Provided training for the clients personnel to enable them to operate the mass spectrometer independently in the future.
MAIN OUTCOME
The data about the different off-gases was analysed with a full breakdown of the findings presented to the client.
Analysis of the retrieved data has enabled the client to fully understand the off-gases generated from their processes.
Analysing these off-gases has enabled the client to optimise their processes and reduce emissions.
