Quality Policy
The Materials Processing Institute will operate and continually improve a management system that meets BS EN ISO 9001:2015 to ensure that quality, product and client standards are met and approved.
The Policy is to be achieved by:
- Providing products and services which meet agreed client requirements
- Setting and reviewing measurable quality objectives and ensuring those objectives are met
- Reviewing the effectiveness of the quality management system and assessing opportunities for its continual improvement
- Providing the necessary resources and ensuring responsibilities and authorities are determined and communicated within the Institute
- Having processes that are systematic and effective whilst learning from best practice and continually improving
- Meeting all applicable legislative and regulatory requirements
- Training and development of the Institute staff to ensure suitably skilled and competent persons
