Combining with the Graft & Glory travelling exhibition

The discussion is scheduled to coincide with the Graft & Glory exhibition, which will be located at the Institute for two weeks. This is The Common Room's travelling exhibition which tells the story of the region’s engineers. They invented, innovated and campaigned to make mining safer, not only in the North East, but also around the world. It is the story of the region’s graft and glory: the region's responses to challenges facing industry, past, present and future.
