THREE NEW JOB VACANCIES HELPING DRIVE FORWARD THE INSTITUTE VISION


The people who work at the Institute are its most important asset. They provide the inspiration and drive to lead the development of new and innovative technologies, materials and processes; as well as the business expertise to help commercialisation and support industry.

The vision of the Institute is to be the globally recognised centre for the innovation, development and commercialisation of technology for the challenges of advanced materials, low carbon energy and the circular economy. This is to be delivered by expertise in materials science and advanced processing, using the latest digital technologies.

Following the award of over £25M funding for the realisation of this vision the Institute is seeking to make three important appointments:


GROUP MANAGER, CIRCULAR ECONOMY - To drive forward the further development of the Institute's circular economy strategy and the Circular Economy Group.

INDUSTRIAL INTERNET OF THINGS (IIOT) ENGINEER – To lead the development of the use of IIoT platforms at the Institute.

IT SYSTEMS LEAD - To oversee and ensure that computing systems and equipment are operating effectively, securely and efficiently.
