At our Green Steel Centre, we operate 400kg and 1000kg induction furnaces for melting both ferrous and non-ferrous materials. These high-performance systems deliver accurate, reliable results and play a vital role in the metals and recycling sectors.

In the metals recycling industry, our furnaces are essential for assay melting—helping determine composition, quality, and metallic yield of steel and scrap materials. This insight is critical as global steel demand rises and the industry transitions toward lower-carbon production.

By enabling precise analysis of complex scrap materials, we help customers:

- Understand scrap composition

- Improve material valuation accuracy

- Ensure compliance with specifications

- Enhance process efficiency

Our capabilities also include bulk assay melting up to 6 tonnes using our Electric Arc Furnace - supporting large-scale industrial requirements.

Beyond recycling, our furnaces are used for specialist melting projects - from bench-scale development to small ingots production, including new alloy and grade innovation.

We also operate additional facilities:

- 250kg & 80kg air-melt induction furnaces

- 100kg vacuum induction furnace

A complete suite of advanced melting furnaces tailored to industry needs.
